The Icy Wand of Praesul is a magic weapon obtained by combining the Ice Attachment and the Wand of Praesul from the boss Nex: Angel of Death. Both pieces can also be obtained separately as a drop from the Deadly Chest.
The Icy Wand of Praesul requires charges in order to use. Use a Kaiser Fragment on the wand for 50,000 attacks.
The Icy Wand of Praesul offers the following bonuses:
- 1 in 5 for 3x damage
- Chance to Freeze an NPC for 5 seconds
