Training combat skills in Redemption is quite fast. There are several places to get started. Players can use the Train Teleport and attack the various NPCs to get started.

Slayer is a great option to level combat skills. To begin slayer, a player may use the command "::slayer" or "Ctrl + S" and choose a task.
Defence is a combat skill that provides the player with protection in all combat forms. Defence is a requirement for most armour in Redemption. The Defence skill is used in levelling up the player's combat level as well.
