The Harmony Staff is a end-game Magic weapon. This weapon can obtained by opening Harmony Keys.
It can be morphed into the Harmony Spear and the Harmony Javelin for Melee and Ranged respectively.
Only the Spear variant is tradeable. If it is morphed into the Staff or Javelin, it must be changed back to the Spear before trading.
