3. Account Risk

4. Lost / Stolen Items
Once delivery is completed to the specified account, The Company is relieved of responsibility for loss, theft, deletion, or subsequent removal of items, regardless of cause. For partially delivered orders, our responsibility is limited to the portion not yet delivered.
5. Refunds
Refund requests must be made prior to delivery. Approved refunds are generally issued as store credit. Cash refunds are granted only if The Company determines the order cannot be completed. No refunds are available after delivery has occurred.
