The Executioner's Cloak (III) is an untradeable Slayer cape created through the Upgrade Machine. It provides high combat stats, Drop Rate bonuses, Slayer task damage, Slayer point bonuses, Group Slayer rewards, and additional Slayer-related utility effects.
Executioner's Cloak (III) is upgraded from Executioner's Cloak (II).

- 1/5 chance for 9x damage
- 1/20 chance to save a Slayer Hunter Key when opening the Slayer Hunter Chest
- 1/10 chance to save Eternal Enchantment Stone
- 1/20 chance to receive a Reaper of Souls Teleport when completing a Hard or Boss Slayer Task
- +15 Slayer Points when completing a Slayer Task
- +10 Group Slayer Points when completing Hard Tasks
- +15 Group Slayer Points when completing Boss Tasks
- +30 Bonus Health
- 50% increased damage to Slayer Tasks
- 1/30 chance to receive an Elder Slayer Key when completing a Hard Slayer Task
- 1/25 chance to receive an Elder Slayer Key when completing a Boss or Konar Slayer Task
- 1/10 chance to receive an Elder Slayer Key when completing a Slayer Contract
- 1/50 chance to receive an additional Mark of the Executioner when completing a Slayer Executioner Task
- +25 Executioner's Shards per Executioner Task completed
