The Executioner's Cloak (II) is an untradeable Slayer cape created through the Upgrade Machine. It provides high combat stats, Drop Rate bonuses, Slayer task damage, Slayer point bonuses, Group Slayer rewards, and additional Slayer-related utility effects.
Executioner's Cloak (II) is upgraded from Executioner's Cloak (I) and can be further upgraded into Executioner's Cloak (III).

- 45% increased damage to Slayer Tasks
- 1/75 chance to receive an Elder Slayer Key when completing a Hard Slayer Task
- 1/40 chance to receive an Elder Slayer Key when completing a Boss or Konar Slayer Task
- 1/25 chance to receive an Elder Slayer Key when completing a Slayer Contract
- +10 Executioner's Shards per Executioner Task completed
