The Twinflame Staff was introduced in update 53, and is a 1 handed magic weapon while also having the ability to douse both flame mechanics and 20% extra damage while fighting the Royal Titans.
The Twinflame Staff Has a special attack of one additional hit for 60 seconds (requiring 100% spec bar).
