The Stalker's Helmet (Melee) was introduced in Update 42, dropped by The Pestilent Stalker.

The Stalker's Helmet (Melee) can be upgraded into the Stalker's Helmet (v) by using a Stalker's Venom on the Stalker's Helmet (Melee).

Equipping this helmet grants the following bonuses.

• 25% chance for a Slayer Task kill to count as 2 (expeditious effect)
• Completing a Hard Slayer Task will give +6 Slayer Points
• Completing a Boss Slayer Task will give +8 Slayer Points
• Completing a Konar Slayer Task will give +10 Slayer Points
• Completing a Hard Group Task will give +1 Group Slayer Point
• Completing a Boss Group Task will give +5 Group Slayer Points
