It can be obtained as a drop by Lodsmok, Charred Artifact, or by upgrading the either of the three component piece sets (Normal or (u) versions) at the Draconic Forge

It offers a 0.25% chance of a 15% damage boost that lasts 5 seconds.

Elemental Ward can be upgraded to Elemental Ward Artic, Elemental Ward Rage and Elemental Ward Toxic all 3 of those are needed to upgrade to the final one wich is Elemental Ward Fury
