The Axe of Revenge is worn in the pocket slot and requires level 140 Evil Karma to wield. It can be purchased from the Karma Reward Shop for 100M Karmic Kismets.

While equipped, the Axe of Revenge will deal 50% damage as an additional hit. This effect applies per hit and is dealt as poison damage.

It also gives increased drop rates for Xebos Invitation, Mimic's Entry Ticket, and Battle Pet Totems.
