The Infected Set consists of the Infected Helmet, Infected Body, Infected Legs, Infected Gloves, and Infected Boots. The set can be obtained as individual pieces from Demonic Incantations.
When the helmet, body, and legs are worn together then the player will gain the following:

| 50% chance to receive a bountiful gem box when completing boss slayer tasks |
| 10% chance to receive an extra Elder Slayer Key when completing a hard task |
| 25% chance to receive an extra Elder Slayer Key when completing a boss/Konar task |
