The Stone of Vengeance is worn in the pocket slot. It can be obtained from the Slayer Chest, Abyssal Sire, and Black Diamond Box.
The Stone of Vengeance can be upgraded into the Ultimate Stone.
While equipped, the Stone of Vengeance will reflect a portion of the damage dealt to you back to your attacker.
