Ruinborn Splinters are a currency and creation component obtained from Dromek. They are used to create and upgrade several Dromek-related items.
500 Ruinborn Splinters can be made into a Ruinborn Reliquary. Ruinborn Splinters are also used in the creation of Relic of Fortune (T5).
Some Dromek uniques can be broken down into Ruinborn Splinters.
