The boots can be further upgraded in to Ultimate Cerberus Boots by combining them with Cerberus Boots (Melee), Cerberus Boots (Range) and 10,000 Infernal Ashes at the Emperor's Chest. When worn with Cerberus Gloves (Mage), a 5% Mage bonus is activated.

When worn with the Ultimate Cerberus Gloves, a 15% tribrid damage boost is activated. When worn with any of the 3 Cerberus Gloves, a 5% tribrid damage boost is activated. If the boots are worn with any Cerberus gloves, then 25% increased damage will be dealt when fighting Cerberus.
