The Executioner's Key is a tradeable key earned from completing Executioner Tasks. Executioner Tasks are a Slayer task type focused on persistence rather than a fixed kill count. The player is assigned a monster from the Hard Task monster pool and must continue killing that monster until an Executioner's Key is obtained.

The Executioner's Key is used to unlock the Executioner's Chest. Each kill during an Executioner Task increases the player's chance to receive an Executioner's Key by 0.1%. If the pity meter reaches 100%, the next kill guarantees the key.

Uses

The Executioner's Key is used to open the Executioner's Chest, which can reward items such as Reaver's Mark, Executioner's Cloth, Exposure Curse Codex, and Soul Reaver Pet.
