Soulgrinder Teleport Tab
The Soulgrinder Teleport Tab is required to access the Soulgrinder boss.
Teleport Tabs can only be obtained while the Soulgrinder Perk from the Advanced Item Grinder is currently Overcharged. When the perk is inactive, no Soulgrinder Teleport Tabs can be obtained.

The Soulgrinder Teleport Tab serves as the exclusive method of reaching the Soulgrinder boss. While the Soulgrinder Perk is Overcharged, players have a chance to obtain Teleport Tabs from a variety of end-game PvM activities, making them a valuable resource for farming Soulgrinder-exclusive rewards.
