Corrupted Eradicator's Manifesto
The Corrupted Eradicator's Manifesto is created by adding 1 Corrupted Page to the Eradicator's Manifesto (III).
When first created, the Manifesto contains 50 charges. After those charges are depleted, Corrupted Energy must be added to recharge it.
Corruption Surges
| Effect | Details |

| Activation Chance | Every hit has a 1/150 chance to activate a Surge. |
| Duration | The Surge lasts for 30 seconds. |
| Damage Bonus | +10% increased damage during the Surge. |
| Additional Effect | Grants an additional hit during the Surge. |
| Charge Use | Every hit consumes 1 charge, even if a Surge does not activate. |
| During a Surge | No charges are consumed, and another Surge cannot activate until the effect ends. |
When all charges are depleted, the Manifesto becomes dormant. It will continue to provide its base stats, but Corruption Surges will no longer activate until it is recharged.
