First Actions

Vote and Claim Codes

Voting is one of the best ways to get started! To vote, type ::vote, follow the instructions, and then claim the three codes using:

This will give you:

A Vote Box – Open it for rewards.

3 Vote Tickets – Save these to eventually buy a Vote Gem (bonus damage!).

A Voting Bonus Scroll – Hold onto this for Slayer.

Access to several bosses – The one you care about right now is Vote Boss 2, which drops great loot!

Check out ::voteboard and claim rewards after voting. These are incredible for new players!

Claim Any Available ::code

If you have a code from a toplist or YouTuber, use ::code, enter it, and claim your reward. Some YouTubers may still mention ::ref, but that’s outdated – use ::code.

Contact an Admin or Owner for Extra Starters

Check online staff using:

Message any [ADMIN] or [OWNER] for extra starter loot. If you already claimed ::claim, you might have it already.

Check Your Starter Gear

Ensure you have the Starter set. If you played back when this was called Dreamscape, you might not have it. Message any staff member to receive one!

Claim Your Free Membership Spins

New players get 30 days of free membership. Open the membership menu with:

Claim your daily spin for additional rewards.

Set Up 2-Step Authentication

Protect your account by typing:

Follow the instructions to secure your account.

Starting Your Journey

Why Start with Slayer?

Slayer is a core part of Redemption and will be your primary money-maker early on. Completing tasks grants:

Slayer Keys – These sell for a great profit!

Global Drop Table Rewards – More drops, more money!

To begin Slayer:

Open the Slayer interface with:

Click Assign Task.

Activate a 4x Slayer XP Potion.

Buy a 3x Slayer Point Potion from the GE.

If you can afford it, get a Crimson Chin Pet for extra points.

Use your Voting Bonus Scroll to boost Slayer gains.

Your first goal is to unlock Hard Tasks (costs 25 Slayer Points). Rush this as it makes progression far better. Once you reach Level 150 Slayer, sell all your keys and evaluate your earnings.

Buying Your First Upgrades

After reaching Slayer Level 150, it's time for upgrades! Your priority is:

Weapons (Magic Recommended)

Magic is currently the best starter path. Buy the best weapon you can afford:

Best option: Wand of Praesul + Kasier Fragment

Budget options: Elemental Fury Staff or Arctic Fury Staff

Big spenders: Avian Staff or Bow

Do not spend all your money here! Save some for Prayer training.

Training Prayer

Prayer is essential for survival. Train it by using bones on the altar at home:

Buy as many Sack of Bones as possible.

Use XP boosts (check the wiki for more info).

Reach Level 150 Prayer, then Prestige.

Continue until you hit Prestige 1, Level 120 to unlock Protection Prayers.

If you have any leftover money, consider upgrading your armor set, but this isn't urgent yet.

Continuing Your Journey

Congratulations! You’ve completed your first steps. Keep progressing with Slayer to stack cash and get better gear.

Events

Events are a massive money-making opportunity. Always check Discord and in-game announcements for:

Slayer Box Events – Drop what you’re doing and start Slayer for a valuable sellable box.

Masses – Attend Nightmare and Lodsmok whenever possible.

Gated Bosses

Lucky Jester/Mboss – Use your free membership to attend and earn quick cash.

Vote Boss 2 – Always go when it spawns!

ELO System

ELO is vital for progression. Any ELO Cards you get should be used immediately. Attending World Boss spawns is a great way to increase your ELO rank quickly.

Final Tips

Stay active and vote every 12 hours.

Always keep Slayer tasks going.

Don’t overspend on early upgrades – pace yourself.

Join Discord for event alerts and game updates.

If confused, ask staff – they’re here to help!

Welcome to Redemption, and good luck on your adventure!
