The Shooting Star Event will take place every hour!
There are no mining level requirements and pickaxe speeds do not impact results of obtaining gems.
Each "mine" will require 5 ticks ( 3 seconds) to obtain loot.
Crash star will be mined 200 times (globally) before it disappears
Each mining action will give player a roll on this loot table
