To make it an "active" Staff of Sliske, you'll need to combine it together, at Lodsmok, with the 3 orbs dropped from Telos himself;

• Orb of Corrupted Anima
• Orb of Volcanic Anima
  

It is considered as an End-Game Weapon.
The Staff of Sliske is untradeable.
