The Grotesque Guardians are a Slayer task only boss that must be unlocked using 2000 Slayer Points. Any Combat style can be used for fighting the Grotesque Guardians How to Access the Grotesque Guardians? The Guardians can be accessed via the teleport interface - bosses - Grotesque Guardians. This teleport only works after the boss has been unlocked and you are on a slayer task. Normal Mode Grotesque Guardians To access normal mode, you must pay the 2000 Slayer Points to unlock them, and you must be at least 3rd Slayer Prestige. In Normal Mode, the boss has 50 Million hit points, and a damage Cap of 250k.
