Crate Sack is an untradeable Cape slot item that has a 10% chance to save Custom Scroll Crates. This can be leveled up to a maximum of a 30% chance to save crates when wearing the cape.

Open 25 Crates	+5% Chance to save Crate
Open 100 Crates	+5% Chance to save Crate
Open 250 Crates	+5% Chance to save Crate
Open 500 Crates	+5% Chance to save Crate
