Resetting Cache
1. Close your Client 2. Open up File Explorer and go to the following location C:\Users\"Insert Username Here" 3. Select the .redemption (and .dreamscape folder if there is one). 4. Hit the delete button (or right click and delete) Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination Once you have done this restart your client and it will redownload the cache Just delete it also

OpenGL Rendering Guide

• Step 1: Open NVIDIA Control Panel
• Step 2: Click on Manage 3D Settings

• Step 3: Click on Program Settings

• Step 4: Click on Add and add Redemption

• Step 5: Scroll down and click on the settings for OpenGL Rendering GPU and click on your GPU
