The Hellfire Offhand is an end game Melee Offhand.
With a 10% bonus in Drop rate and luck, the Hellfire Offhand is one of the only offhands in game that sport these boosts.
The Hellfire Offhand also has a built in Anti-Fire potion effect which is extremely helpful at bosses like Queen Black Dragon.
It can be obtained as a rare drop from the Queen Black Dragon
