This mid-end game cape boasts some incredible stats, positioning itself well above the Skotizo Cape and Tribrid Inferno Cape but still significantly behind the higher prestige Achievement Capes and the Purple Dragon.

Currently, the Halloween Cape is only available from the Halloween Chest.
