You can either obtain it as a drop, or buy it from the shop for 8.000 Lachrym Points.

When it is combined with the Poison Lotus Crossbow Offhand, they become very powerful Ranged Weaponry.
The Offhand can also be obtained as a drop, or bought from the shop for 8.000 Lachrym Points.
