How can I Get me one of these Stones?
You can purchase them for $5 each by going to the Dreamscape Store. Once you have checked out, you can type ::donated in-game and receive your purchase. Another way to obtain the Stone is by killing the Cake Boss after you have finished the 6th year event of Dreamscape.
