Short Intro:
The Vet'ion is 454 combat Purple Boss who is located at the old ruins. You can get here by talking to The Crazy old wizard (blue wizard) at home. You need to bring 75 million coins with you in pouch to get teleported to the Vet'ion.
Killing:
The Vet'ion is also not located at the wilderness so you can't lose items if you were to die at Vet'ion. So you can bring your own armour. Torva, Pernix, Virtus or higher armour is recommended.
Also a fast hitting weapon like a Glock, AR, Ice katana is efficient to have. Put Soulsplit (92 Prayer required) on because you will keep on hitting with the weapon so you keep on healing too.
