The Tribrid Inferno Cape is the reward for completing the Hell Arcade.
It is untradeable. This cape provides a big increase in the stats from the Tribrid Infernal Cape! Its magic and melee strength bonus, for example, are significantly stronger. It also wields a 10% tribrid damage boost.
