Blizzard Staff

The Blizzard Staff is the upgraded version of the Glacier Staff. It casts the same modified ice barrage spell, but it has a series of OP effects that takes this weapon to the next level. The Blizzard Staff has a 0.6 Attack Speed (fastest possible), 1 in 8 chance to freeze NPC (so it cannot hit you), Scroll of Fire Effect (static 250 DMG per hit), 2x hits per attack (same as BFG9000)

Currently it can only be obtained by upgrading the Glacier Staff at ::upgrade. The upgrade is rated at a medium difficulty.
