The collection logs is a way for you to see the items you've got from each of the bosses and allow you to show off your drop skills that you've earned. To access this feature you do ::mydrops in game. This brings the panel up so you can see the drops, soon to come the clues you've received and minigames. There's a completion section that shows you what % you are at for completing all the drops.
