The Dream Maul of Omens is a custom two-handed melee weapon. It's stats are quite weak relative to its rarity, so it is mainly only used for its cosmetic looks. It is tradeable, however so few exist in game that it is rarely ever bought or sold.
The Dream Maul of Omens is currently only obtained from the boss Vorago.
