Nex Key

Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination

Nex Key can be obtained by killing the boss Nex however to make the key, you will need to collect 200 souls. You can use the Key at  ::soulroom and it will redeem it for a random item that Nex can drop.
