The Icy bone is the second best of all the bones to the Phoenix Bones, they are received by killing Icy Skeletons in the boss teleport tab. As a normal account each phoenix bone at ::edge will give you 50,000 experience as a normal account and 10,000 experience as a Hardcore/IronMan account without an Double Xp Ring.
