The Stalker's Medallion (Charged) was introduced in Update 42, being the only way to access the Pestilent Stalker.
- You can create this item by using Medallion Piece 1, Medallion Piece 2, Medallion Piece 3, Medallion Piece 4 and Medallion Piece 5 on one another in the players inventory.
- Once charged the Stalker's Medallion has 50 uses, and being used once makes the Stalker's Medallion untradable.
- Using the Stalker's Medallion will teleport the player to the Pestilent Stalker.
Item Creation
You can create this item by using Medallion Piece 1, Medallion Piece 2, Medallion Piece 3, Medallion Piece 4 and Medallion Piece 5 on one another in the players inventory.
