The Scrimshaw of the Protectorate is the level 120 Good reward from the Karma Skill. While wearing it, the player will deal 50% extra damage, in the form of a disease hit splat, to their main target. This does not work with AoE effects. The Scrimshaw of the Protectorate currently costs 50,000,000 Karmic Kismets and can be bought from the Karma Reward Shop.
