Crate Sack is an untradeable Cape slot item that has a 10% chance to save Pet Crate, Armory Crate, Weaponry Crate and Cash Crate. This can be leveled up to a maximum of a 30% chance to save crates when wearing the cape.
It has a 1:250 chance from being dropped by Pet Crate, Armory Crate and Weaponry Crate.
