Eternal Khione's Staff
The Eternal Khione's Staff is the upgraded version of the regular Khione's Staff. While equipped, the Eternal Khione's Staff gives its wearer a 10% Drop Rate Bonus!
The Khione Staff can be upgraded into the Eternal Khione's Staff at the Upgrade Chest beside the ::upgrade teleport, with a 50% chance.
The benefit of upgrading Khione's Staff into the Eternal Khione's Staff is that you no longer need to charge the staff in order to benefit from its special effect. The special effect gives the staff a 1 in 10 chance of dealing twice your max hit in damage to your main target.
It can be bought or sold from the Black Market Dealer.
Currently, it is not dropped by any bosses.

The Eternal Khione's Staff has a 90% chance to reward the player with 150 Grinder Points at the Item Grinder, worth 15m Bronze Coins if points are traded in for Gold Coins. Important: it has a 10% chance to vanish into nothing!
The Eternal Khione's Staff may be sold to the Black Market Dealer for 15m Bronze Coins.
When sacrificed to the Karma Statue, the Eternal Khione's Staff returns 75k Karma EXP and 18.75k Karmic Kismets.
