Uncut Sapphire is used to train crafting. It can be purchased from crafter at skilling teleports > Crafting.
The gem costs 1 DS coin to purchase and 20 crafting to cut. When cut, the gem yields 1000 experience on standard mode, and 80 experience on hardcore.
