Thumper
Thumper is a new, very unique one-handed melee weapon. It's strength does not come from its high damage output (where it is comparable in both speed and max hit to the Frostbite Staff), but instead it comes from the mace's colossal area of effect, which is a whopping 5X larger than that of the legendary BFG9000.
The Thumper was created with a purpose in mind completely different to that of other top-end weapons such as the Infinity Gauntlet (Charged) and the BFG9000. Thumper's main purpose is to be used alongside 1-hit capes at their respective zones, such as the Executive Cape at the Executive Zone. Thumper's massive area of effect, when combined with the 1-hitting ability of these capes, yields huge numbers of kills per hour.
It is also worth considering more niche uses that Thumper may have. It could be a useful switch in middling waves of the Arcade Minigame for it's unrivaled crowd control, or at Revenants for its ability to hit large portions of the cave at once. It is also fairly unique among weapons in having some fairly high defensive stats.
The Thumper has a 90% chance to reward the player with 12,500 Grinder Points at the Item Grinder, worth 1.25b Bronze Coins if points are traded in for Gold Coins. Important: it has a 10% chance to vanish into nothing!
Thumper can currently only be obtained by purchasing it from the Redemption Web Store for $750, or from Thumper Goodieboxes.
When sacrificed to the Karma Statue, the Thumper returns 6.25m Karma EXP and 1.5m Karmic Kismets.
