The Rainbow Fish is the best food in the game, and heals 100% hp.

The Rainbow fish can be obtained by fishing with the Heron Pet for non-executive accounts.

For Executive members there is a fishing spot in the Executive Zone to fish Rainbow Fish. This requires strippy feathers and a fly fishing rod.
