The Bone Jewel can be obtained as a drop from the Skeletal Trio. It can be attached to the Sigil of Eternal Vortex (T3).
When attached to the Sigil of Eternal Vortex (T3), the Bone Jewel gives the player the following bonuses:
- 1/25 chance to restore 10% of the player's prayer points per hit
- Skeletal Trio cannot deactivate prayer
