The Eldritch Orb is dropped by The Nightmare and used on a Nightmare Staff to make the Eldritch Nightmare Staff.
The Eldritch Orb has a 90% chance to reward the player with 10,000 Grinder Points at the Item Grinder. Important: it has a 10% chance to vanish into nothing!
