The Ultimate Cerberus Boots is the best end-game tribrid boots.
It can be obtained by combining all 3 Cerberus Gloves (Cerberus Boots (Range), Cerberus Boots (Melee), Cerberus Boots (Mage)) and 10,000 Infernal Ashes at the Emperor's Chest at ::upgrade at a 50% chance.

-10% Tribrid Bonus
Set Bonus
Ultimate Cerberus Boots and Ultimate Cerberus Gloves = 15% tribrid damage
Ultimate Cerberus Boots and any Cerberus Gloves = 5% tribrid damage
-Set bonuses give 25% increased damage vs Cerberus
