Currently, It is obtained from killing Lachrym The Undying or buying it from it's shop for 50.000 Points.
The Lava Warrior Helm has a 90% chance to reward the player with 25,000 Grinder Points at the Item Grinder, worth 2.5b Bronze Coins if points are traded in for Gold Coins. Important: it has a 10% chance to vanish into nothing!
