The Cyan Anniversary Stone is one of 6 stones needed to combine the 6th Anniversary Box.
Another option is to use the Stone itself as a box, giving the possible loot found below.
How can I Get me one of these Stones?
You can purchase them for $5 each by going to the Dreamscape Store. Once you have checked out, you can type ::donated in-game and receive your purchase.
Another way to obtain the Stone is by killing the Cake Boss after you have finished the 6th year event of Dreamscape.
KEEP IN MIND, there are 2 droptables simply so it's clearer, but you ONLY get ONE item in total !
