You cannot kill this boss with every armour! You need at least some Torva, Pernix, Virtus or better armour like Dragonbone, Custom Torva to kill this NPC. You also need a fast hitting weapon like a: glock at least. With the Glock, you need to put SoulSplit (92 Prayer required) on. And with 95+ Prayer, you can put Turmoil on as well, for better hits.
