The Scroll of Blood is a useful scroll aimed solely towards the Theatre of Blood raid. When equipped, the player will deal an additional 25% damage inside of the raid, and gain a 15% luck bonus while opening the reward chest at the end of the raid.
It doesn't provide any stat bonuses, but it is equipped in the arrow slot so this is not very important.
