About

The Prod Cape was a custom ownercape for a previous Dreamscape Owner named Prod Dice. The Prod Cape i

s a tradeable Owner Cape and is one of the best capes in game. The Prod Cape had once featured in the Dreamscape store however is no longer available. 

Use

The 'Chaos Elemental' for example can be one-hit by the Prod Cape, but does not include access to donator features such as the Sponsor zone. The use of the Prod Cape is still relevant to the Owner cape and where it can be used. For example, you can not use either at Diablo.
