The Elite Pernix Set is an upgraded version of the Pernix Set. It has some impressive stat upgrades compared to its predecessor, sporting massive defensive bonuses and a solid ranged accuracy buff. It is a very good set to use in the early game due to its low price relative to its bonuses.
